1. Delivery Timeframe
All orders are processed and delivered by our dedicated delivery team. Standard delivery is completed within 14 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Coverage & Costs

  • Shipping costs are included in the product price for all standard regions within Hong Kong.

  • No additional delivery fee applies for these areas.

4. Remote & Outlying Islands
For deliveries to remote or outlying islands, a small surcharge applies to cover additional transport costs. This includes:

  • Lamma Island

  • Cheung Chau

  • Lantau Island

  • Peng Chau

  • Discovery Bay

  • Tai O

Our customer service team will inform you of the exact surcharge when arranging delivery.

5. Order Tracking & Updates
